Good day everyone… Happy new week to you all, it’s nice having you here and welcome to another episode of “Monday quote.. So I want to share my experience on this….
Something happened to me sometimes ago, which almost wear me off, I feel pained and my heart was almost shattered,.
Prior to that time, I was in a good mood… Infact, I was excited because it’s one of my favorite’s birthday but here comes someone who wants to spoil my mood.
But I resolved in my mind that I will never hand over the keys of my emotion to just anybody, I will never allow anyone to control my emotions, I will not allow anyone to be the driver of my mood and control my emotions.
So, I told myself, nobody can spoil my mood, nobody can drive my emotions anyhow.
So, I relate it with this; Sometimes, we feel pained, we feel sorrowful because of what someone said to us, then, we carry it all over the day, thinking about it and even sometimes, we carry it over the next day, the first thing you thought of is what he/she said to you the previous day..
Honestly, it does not worth it… You have the keys to your happiness. You can choose to be happy for the rest of your life, or you can also choose to be sad… But it pays to be Happy
Infact, it’s good to be happy because it improves the quality of your life, it makes you spread positivity, it makes you confidence in yourself.
Sometimes, we go through challenges, we go through pains and we feel pained and dejected, worries becomes the order of the day
I read something in “Our daily manner”, a devotional book,. The writer said “Akuna Ma ta ta” which means “no worries”
Plz, don’t allow anything to weigh you down in life, worries cannot change anything, you have little or no control of your past, don’t allow worry because worry is a thief of joy.
Even during this period of #covid 19, let’s hope in God, let’s praise God and pray for his Mercy, it’s not time to start saying anything that is contrary. God is ever faithful and merciful. So, it’s time to hope in God, and don’t put yourself under the chains of worries.
And at the end of this lockdown, because I know, this too shall pass, at least we should be able to look back and thank God for life and also see a significant impact it has made in our lives.
So, before rapping this episode up
how we can make ourselves happy when we get down casted
The fullness of Joy in His presence: The Bible says that in God’s presence, there is FULLNESS of Joy, fullness is written in caps because when you talk about joy itself, it’s good on its own… But the when you talk about fullness of joy, it’s an overwhelming joy, an overflowing joy, an unending joy, it’s a mystery on it’s own because you don’t even know how it happens, you just feel that joy within, I call it “JOY WITHOUT BORDERS”
Words of encouragement: speak encouraging words to yourself because your voice is the most influential. Knowing that your happiness is what matters most.
Love yourself and appreciate yourself: loving oneself gives a sense of joy and happiness.
